| Department Ordering: |
| Mountain Tek does offer Net 30 terms to departments and agencies.
We also accept payment by Visa, MasterCard, American Express and
Discover. Please contact us for more information on setting up
an account with us. |

| Bids/Quotes: |
| Please feel free to submit a list of equipment to us either by
phone, fax or email for a quote. We do offer discounts to
departments and agencies. We also work with several states and
their online procurement systems. |

| Terms and Conditions |
| The below policies are binding on all customers
and on all orders from Mountain Tek-Technical Rescue Equipment,
Inc. By placing an order with Mountain Tek, the customer
acknowledges and accepts the below Terms and Conditions in full. |

| Pricing: |
| Prices do not include tax or shipping & handling. Prices may
be subject to change. A 7.75% - 8.25% sales tax will be added to all
NC customers based on the County being shipped to. |

| Terms: |
| Terms are Net 30 for agencies with an open account who are in good
standing. Purchase orders are accepted from all federal, state
and local government agencies. All personal orders must be
prepaid or COD, for individuals wanting an open account, please
contact Mountain Tek for credit information. Returned checks
are subject to a $25.00 service charge. All past due accounts
will be assessed a 1.5% per month service charge. |

| Shipping: |
Some items may be drop shipped from their respective
manufacturers or distributors. Purchaser agrees to pay
all shipping and handling costs. There is an
additional fee for shipping flares, smokes and other
hazardous materials. Not all items are available for
express delivery. Visible damage should be reported to the
carrier when the package is received. Notify Mountain
Tek of any problems with shipments immediately.
In stock items ship within 1-2 business days.
If an item is not in stock we will
email you to let you know an anticipated ship date.

Shipping is by UPS or USPS Priority Mail. |

| Returned or Disputed Goods: |
| No returns without prior authorization, returns may be
subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee. Returns or
dispute requests should be made within 30 days of the
invoice date. All returned goods must be in an
original re-sellable condition. No returns on custom
or special order items. The customer will be
responsible for shipping charges incurred for returned items
that are deemed to be customer error. |

| Warranty Claims: |
| If you feel an item has a defect to the materials or
workmanship please contact us prior to returning an item so
that we can verify the manufacturer's warranty. If the
item falls within the manufacturer's warranty you will be
instructed as to how to return the item for repair or
replacement. |

| Liability: |
| We all know that rescue work can be
VERY dangerous, therefore the end user cannot hold Mountain Tek-Technical Rescue Equipment, Inc. liable for improper use or
selection of equipment. By placing the order the purchaser
agrees to this condition. It is the end user’s responsibility
to read and understand the important warnings on all products sold
by Mountain Tek and agrees to follow said instructions to the letter
and intent. Purchaser also agrees to obtain proper training in
the use and care of their equipment. |
