A new, refined version of EVAC’s old Oxy Back Pak, the Deluxe Oxy Back Pak still has a shoulder strap, carrying handle and – of course – backpack straps. It has internal foam stiffeners for support and comfort.  They’ve also added a double-sided, removable insert. It has Velcro down the center of the pack, and has enough pockets to hold all your medical supplies.
